Holidate
As the name suggests, this romance movie shows the lead actress constantly in need of a date for different holidays. Although the plot is not uncommon, the anticipated chemistry between the two lead roles and their role interpretation would keep you interested. The female lead played by Emma Roberts, is under subtle pressure from her family about her relationship status and she ends up in an ‘arranged dating ‘ situation.
Angela’s Christmas wish
The movie is a sequel to Frank McCourt’s Angela’s Christmas story, following a young child whose only mission for Christmas is to get her family together again. The animated lead character sets out to do this before its Christmas day. If you love family and a good adventure in movies, this movie is for you.
